Life force Activation – The Ceremony of KA

A Life force Activation or a Kundalini Activation is a ceremony you participate in for the sake of yourself. To ceremony yourself and YOUR life energy. I also love the connection to the egyptian KA body, which can be referred to as our soul/life force.

This is a refuel and refill of Life force energy. YOUR OWN energy. The energy that is already within you. This ceremony allows you to tap into it and amplify it in your body, in a supportive and sacred space.

By tapping into, and amplifying our own life energy, we get a stronger connection to ourselves, and the source of our creation. We will enable our intuition to shine through, making it clearer, more intense and easier to follow. This session can help you on your path to your highest power, purest passions and best dream life. It can guide you towards all that, if you let it.

I believe that our bodies are wise and know what to heal and transform in order for us to follow our passions. Our bodies WANT to heal. All we have to do in this session is surrender to the process and let the energies flow in our favor.

How that healing happens we’ll see in the moment. Whether it’s through movement, sounds, sights, or complete stillness. This energy always provides exactly what you need right here and now. Never less, and never more than you can handle.

Preparing for a session
Before a Life force activation session it can be nice to prepare, in order to receive the energy with as much ease and surrender as possible. If you like modalities such as meditation, yoga or dancing, these can all be nice things to do the day before or day of session.

Below I will list my recommendations of things you should do before the session, for you to have the most valuable session possible.

It’s for your sake and recommended. But as always, you have a choice, and if this stresses you out, arrive as you are. That is perfect too. I trust that you know what will work for you and I honor your sovereignty.

If you receive at home (online), prepare a space where you can lay down undisturbed and preferably alone.

What to do before a session:
Optional but recommended.

  • No heavy food or caffeine 2–3 hours before. If you are hungry, light snacks/fruits are fine.

  • Try to avoid alcohol 24 hours prior or 24 after.

  • No substances, plant medicine or such prior. It’s best to come as sober and clear as possible.

  • Wear comfortable clothes.

  • Bring a water bottle.

  • Bring a notebook and pen.

  • Try to set up time after the session for integration and grounding.

If you are pregnant, taking medication, have epilepsy or a psychotic illness, contact me and let me know beforehand!

During a session
We will speak a little bit before you lay down to receive. This is for us to connect, and for you to let me know if you have any questions or things on your mind to share before we go into the journey.

Then, you will lay down on a yoga mat, rug or a bed. A place that is comfortable, but not so comfortable you fall asleep. You will open your hands, palms up, to receive (similar to savasana pose in yoga).

You will close your eyes and listen to the music and to my voice. I will use my voice to bring through light language, which are powerful frequencies in the form of sounds, words and songs. This, together with a music playlist will take you on a healing sound journey.

I open the energy field and connect to the Kundalini/Life force frequency, bringing intention to your body, chakras and energy. Moving the energy where I feel guided to.

During the session you may feel spontaneous movement, you may want to sing, scream, cry, shake, laugh, dance or activate your own light language. You may see images, experience past lives of get insights and downloads. Also nothing may happen.

All is allowed in this sacred space. You are held exactly as you are with whatever you experience. You have full permission to express however you feel called. There is no wrong way to receive this work as long as you are authentic to yourself.

Once the music is complete, I will guide you back to the present and you will have the opportunity to share your experiences so that we can relate together.


After the session
You can feel a bit “high” or boosted. You can also feel more at home, more connected, more alive. This is heightened Kundalini/raw force energy. Source energy. The energy we are all created from.

You might also feel really sensitive, like you've shed a lot of layers. This is normal and a good thing! You are shedding the things that are holding you back from standing in your power and coming closer to your true essence.

You might feel ill and need of rest, or get a headache from third eye activation or brain rewiring. Everyone is unique and will have a unique experience of each session. And all is perfect, this energy always provide what’s needed in each moment. You never receive more than you can handle! Honor yourself and take the time needed to integrate these energies. However that looks like for you. If you feel energized it might feel nice to dance, if you feel tired go rest. Use the energy in the way that feels best for you.

It can be really nice to connect to nature after a session, walking barefoot on the ground, hugging trees, taking a bath or a shower. It’s important to ground and hydrate, to integrate this energy into your physical body.

Also – It’s when we leave the session that the real transformation can occur. When we go out into the world again, and have the opportunity to make new choices and new aligned actions to create the changes you want in your life. You might start noticing things you haven’t seen before, feel things you haven’t felt before.

So take advantage of this energy and start creating the life that you want!
